If the shaft becomes damaged or unusable during normal golf play within one year after purchase, please return it to the manufacturer (KAEN Japan Co., Ltd.) via the place of purchase. After checking the condition of the shaft, if it is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for the same shaft. Please note that damage (including scratches) caused during transportation of the golf bag or when taking the club in and out of the golf bag, and damage (including scratches) caused by external factors, whether intentional or negligent, are not eligible for exchange. Money-back guarantees are not provided by the manufacturer.
